I have had the privilege of partnering with 2 friends and super 8 enthusiasts to create not only a comprehensive video series, but also an education platform called Forte Courses.
This was a major undertaking, but absolutely one of the best projects I've worked on. Since it was a small team we were able to do it right and really keep things tight and organized.
It took a lot to keep us organized, but this project has probably taught me the most about video file management. Keeping a shot list, file back ups, naming all your uploads, and the like. With this size a team it could have been easy to do this sloppy, but I'm really pleased to say that we worked it all out in an organized manner.
